ISD #363 School Board Selects New Superintendent — The South Koochiching-Rainy River School Board has voted to select Steve Thomas, Superintendent, Nett Lake, as the school district’s new superintendent.
“We are excited Steve is joining the South Koochiching-Rainy River school community as our new superintendent. He brings extensive leadership skills and experience that will help the school district move forward,” said Bob Stueven, School Board Chair.
The School Board will be conducting contract negotiations with Steve, and a contract is expected to be approved by the School Board at a May 10 school board meeting.
The pending start date for Steve will be July 1, 2017.
